Progress Checks

Throughout your son’s five years with us you will have the opportunity to meet all the staff who have involvement with him at least once a year, and you will receive a written report annually with details of how he is progressing. However, we have felt in recent years that it is beneficial for both parents and teachers to communicate on a more regular basis. Monitoring procedures enable us to inform parents of their son’s progress in each subject regularly throughout their school careers. This process has proved very popular with parents and is useful to both teachers and parents both in the use of praise and highlighting problem areas quickly. This enables us to work together with parents and pupils to ensure that your son realises his academic potential.
